Key Responsibilities

- Engage with converted leads, provide guidance on the portal, and facilitate pending payment collection
- Onboard students onto the portal, offering continuous support throughout their journey
- Foster strong relationships with students by addressing their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and manage the database of converted leads
- Maintain and update CRM systems and other essential tools for seamless operations
- Communicate with customers through phone and email to ensure a smooth experience
- Drive sales conversions to support business growth and revenue objectives
- Optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field
- Previous experience in operations or relationship management is preferred




- Solid verbal and written communication skills to engage with students effectively
- Ability to secure payments and handle sensitive conversations professionally
- Strong ability to resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage various responsibilities
- A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and relationship building
