### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and agile Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5-Star Luxury Resort in Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in luxury resort operations, Food & Beverage (F&B;), banquets, destination weddings, and large-scale events.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining luxury service standards, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational excellence.




- Lead and coordinate F&B; operations, including restaurants, banquets, and other food-service outlets.
- Plan and execute destination weddings, banquets, corporate events, and large-scale functions.
- Coordinate with various departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and Events.
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, guest satisfaction, and departmental efficiency.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage operational teams.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, duty allocation, and staff discipline.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently.
