Role Description

We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day to day operations of Minedge at mining sites. The intern will work closely with site teams, clients, drivers, operators, and the Minedge technical team. The role involves monitoring fleet operations, collecting data, preparing reports, following up on issues, and helping ensure that Minedge systems are being used properly.

This is a full time, on site role. The intern will get practical exposure to mining operations, fleet management, technology, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor Minedge’s day to day operations at assigned sites.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, drivers, operators, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Collect, check, and maintain operational data and records.




- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor system and fleet data and report any errors, issues, or unusual activity to the concerned team.
- Help teams use Minedge software and operational systems properly.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve GPS, device, software, or application related issues.
- Follow up with the concerned teams until operational issues are resolved.
- Maintain proper site documents, reports, and records.
- Support the team in improving daily processes and service quality.
- Perform other operational tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications

- Positive analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
- Basic understanding of operations and project management.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about mining operations and fleet management.
- Comfortable working at a mining site and coordinating with field teams.
- Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related degree is preferred.
