Job title: Contracts and Procurement (Manager / Engineer / Sr. Engineer) – Oil & Gas (Upstream)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing the procurement process for goods and services essential for upstream operations in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services required for activities such as Drilling/Workover campaigns, Offshore Platform Maintenance, and Marine operations involving upkeep of Floating Storage and Offloading Vessels
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to closure.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations by all parties.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and corporate goals.




- Conducting market analysis to identify potential suppliers and optimize procurement processes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure procurement plans meet operational needs.
- Managing procurement budgets and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contracts and procurement management in the Oil & Gas upstream sector.
- Solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions, as well as procurement best practices.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
