Ontrack is a Bangalore-based two-wheeler rental company, started in 2016. We rent scooters and motorcycles — petrol and electric — on weekly and monthly plans with no deposit and minimal documentation.

Most of our customers are delivery riders who depend on their bikes every day.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the face of Ontrack at our Koramangala outlet.

You will

- Hand over and receive vehicles
- Check customer documents and vehicle condition
- Help customers with bookings, payments, plans and the Ontrack app
- Handle customer queries in person and over calls
- Move vehicles between our hub and service points
- Maintain customer, vehicle and booking records




- Keep the outlet organised and vehicles ready for handover

What we’re looking for

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence — required
- Any two of English, Hindi and Kannada
- Kannada is a major plus
- Polite, patient and comfortable dealing with customers
- Comfortable using mobile apps and maintaining records
- Careful and responsible with documents and vehicles

Experience in vehicle rental, automobile service, retail or customer support is a plus.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
