Role Description The Online Marketing Intern role is a 3months unpaid remote internship with certificate of completion focused on supporting digital outreach and brand visibility for Espiratia. The intern will assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including managing social media channels, drafting content, and monitoring engagement metrics. Daily tasks may include coordinating digital marketing activities, supporting sales enablement efforts, conducting basic market research, and preparing campaign performance reports.





The intern will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to help drive awareness of Espiratia’s programs and initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in contemporary online marketing practices. This role is designed to provide practical learning opportunities and exposure to technology-enabled education and behavioral transformation services.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Online Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to support campaigns and brand awareness.
- Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals to assist in planning and evaluating promotional activities.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to manage posts, track engagement, and support community growth.
- Interest in Sales support activities, such as lead nurturing, follow-up communication, and basic pipeline reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using online collaboration tools and basic analytics platforms.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, learning, or behavioral science is a plus.
