Role Description This is a full time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Noida.

The Online

Bidder will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals, as well as tracking and managing leads in coordination with the sales team. Daily activities include preparing compelling proposals, writing clear and persuasive project descriptions, and coordinating with technical teams to understand project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.



The role involves conducting market and client research to target suitable projects, maintaining bid pipelines, and following up on submitted proposals to drive conversions.

The Online

Bidder will collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to align bids with organizational capabilities and revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with clients and effective written proposal development.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements, estimate efforts, assess risks, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Research skills to identify relevant projects, understand client needs, and analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
- Writing skills to create concise, persuasive bids and professional client communications.
- Training experience or aptitude to learn bidding tools, CRM systems, and Salesforce-related services and to support knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Prior experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role in an IT or SaaS environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM solutions, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
