About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our Marketing department in Jaipur. This full-time role requires a strong background in real estate and business development. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in retail and commercial leasing operations. You will be responsible for market research, meeting with property owners, negotiating terms, and handling legal documentation. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and identify potential locations through various channels, including brokers and references.
- Meet with developers, landlords, and property owners to calculate Return on Investment and negotiate commercial terms.
- Process legal documentation required for lease activities, including vetting, drafting, and finalizing agreements.
- Exhibit robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.




- Manage and successfully execute retail and commercial leasing operations.

Required Qualifications

- MBA or postgraduate degree in Retail or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in leasing and real estate.
- Proven track record in business development and leasing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in both retail and commercial leasing.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable terms.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficient in legal documentation related to leasing.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and ROI calculations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
