Key Responsibilities:

- Support NPD projects from concept to product launch.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales and Service teams.
- Assist in machine testing, product improvement and technical documentation.
- Support competitor benchmarking and customer feedback analysis.
- Track NPD timelines, action points and project status.
- Assist in cost reduction, standardization and product quality improvement.
- Support preparation of product specifications, BOMs, reports and presentations.

Qualification: BE/B. Tech – Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics.

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years.

Key Skills: Technical aptitude, problem-solving, MS Excel, communication, coordination and willingness to learn.
