Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Network

Engineer will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across systems and locations. Daily work includes configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices, monitoring network performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting connectivity and security problems, implementing network security policies,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications.

The Network

Engineer will also document network configurations and changes, participate in capacity planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of network architecture and operational practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design to architect, implement, and optimize scalable network environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills to manage, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess thorough Network Security skills to implement and manage security controls, policies, and best practices for secure data and access.
- Relevant skills and qualifications such as experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network monitoring tools are beneficial.
- Professional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment is important.
