About the Role

We need a Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst with strong technical skills for a data warehouse project. You'll work remotely with our data engineering team and the customer's business stakeholders. You'll translate NetSuite business processes and data into requirements the data warehouse can use.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business users to gather and document requirements for reporting and data warehouse needs.
- Explain NetSuite modules, business processes and the data model (records, fields, transactions and relationships) to the data engineering team.
- Identify source data, map NetSuite objects and fields to the target data warehouse, and define transformation logic.
- Pull data from NetSuite using Saved Searches, SuiteQL, SuiteAnalytics Connect (ODBC/JDBC), or REST/SOAP web services.
- Validate and reconcile warehouse data against NetSuite and fix data quality issues.
- Support UAT and get sign-off from business users.
- Write transparent documentation,



including data dictionaries, mapping documents and process notes.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience, including a strong hands-on NetSuite functional background.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory and Revenue Recognition.
- Strong technical skills: SuiteQL, Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteScript and NetSuite APIs.
- Solid SQL skills and an understanding of data warehousing concepts like ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, and fact and dimension tables.
- Experience working alongside data engineering or BI teams on data integration or reporting projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. This role faces the client directly.
- Able to start immediately and become productive with very little ramp-up time.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Azure Synapse.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Fivetran, Celigo, Boomi or Informatica.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Administrator).
