Role Description This is a full-time NAATI CCL Trainer role for Urdu and Nepali at EnglishWise Global, based in New Delhi in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-campus teaching with some work-from-home flexibility. The trainer will design and deliver NAATI CCL preparation classes in Urdu and Nepali, focusing on dialogue practice, vocabulary development, and exam strategies aligned with NAATI standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating and updating training materials, conducting mock tests, assessing student performance,



and providing constructive feedback to help learners reach their target scores.

The role also involves supporting learners through doubt-clearing sessions, maintaining accurate student progress records, and collaborating with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and teaching methodologies. The trainer is expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and occasional workshops or webinars.

Qualifications

- Strong command of Urdu and Nepali, along with high-level proficiency in English for effective bilingual training and communication.
- Proven experience in language teaching, test preparation, or NAATI CCL training, preferably with familiarity with PTE, IELTS, or similar exam-oriented courses.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop teaching materials, and use learner-centered methodologies to support diverse student needs.
- Competence in using digital tools and online teaching platforms for hybrid delivery, including video conferencing, learning management systems, and digital content resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a focus on clarity, patience, and constructive feedback.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple batches, maintain student records, and meet academic timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; NAATI CCL credential or relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
