Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in D365 F&O; implementations, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and implement D365 F&O; modules based on business needs.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and solution documentation.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, UAT support, training, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams.

Required Skills




- 6-10 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Strong knowledge of one or more modules:Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Expense Management, Collections, Project Accounting.
- SCM: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Organization Management, System Administration.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation project.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, FRD/FDD preparation.
- Experience working with integrations and data migration activities.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Certification.
- Experience with global template rollout programs.
- Exposure to international clients.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, RSAT, Data Management Framework, and reporting tools.
- Experience in Finance and SCM modules is an added advantage.
