Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, PostgreSQL, and AWS data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Utilize PostgreSQL to manage and query large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and optimize AWS data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data analytics and visualization.





Mandatory Skills:

- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL for database management and querying.
- Hands-on experience with AWS data pipeline services (e.g., AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift).

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
