Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven MIS & Automation Executive responsible for hospital reporting, business insights, dashboards, data accuracy and automation of repetitive MIS processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS covering OPD, IPD, surgeries, revenue, diagnostics, pharmacy, other ancillary services, patient conversions and other business data.
- Analyse data and generate actionable business insights for management.
- Consolidate, clean and reconcile data from HMIS, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Build performance, growth and trend insights across centres and business verticals.
- Identify data gaps, duplicates and reporting inconsistencies.
- Automate repetitive reports, data updates, dashboards and management summaries.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and IT teams for data requirements.




- Continuously improve reporting processes and reduce manual work through automation.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.
- Power BI / Looker Studio dashboard development.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script, Power Automate, Make, Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs and Python preferred.
- Robust working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok for data analysis, automation, formulas and reporting.
- Hospital / Healthcare MIS experience preferred.

Experience

2–5 years in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Hospital Operations.

Analytical, detail-oriented and automation-driven, with the mindset to convert manual reporting into accurate, scalable and automated MIS systems while generating meaningful business insights for management.
