Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in Meta Ads who can manage campaigns, optimize performance, and generate quality leads and conversions for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
- Handle Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing & E-commerce campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions.
- Manage Meta Pixel, CAPI, events & conversion tracking.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Monitor budgets and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with content, design & video teams for ad creatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts and stay updated with Meta Ads trends.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager.
- Understanding of targeting, retargeting, funnels & tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and website tracking.
- Good analytical, communication & reporting skills.
- Google Ads experience is an added advantage.
- CRM/automation and e-commerce experience is a plus.
