Role Description This contract role is for a Merger, Acquisition, and Finance Professor . The Professor will deliver lectures, seminars, and case-based sessions on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and related financial topics. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, designing assessments, mentoring learners, and updating content to reflect current market practices and regulations.

The role also involves conducting applied research, collaborating with industry professionals,



and contributing to curriculum development aligned with Calxmap’s expert-driven learning model.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance and Corporate Finance, with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles relevant to mergers, acquisitions, and financial analysis.
- Background in Economics to explain market dynamics, valuation contexts, and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated Research skills for developing case studies, academic content, and industry-relevant materials.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (PhD or equivalent preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience in higher education or professional programs focused on finance or M&A.;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
