MEP Billing Engineer – Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Handle billing, reconciliation, rate analysis, and variation/extra-item tracking.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project, MEP, QS, Procurement, and Site teams.
- Maintain billing and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP Billing/QS.
- Mandatory experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV services.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, BOQ, RA Billing, and quantity estimation.
- Strong numerical, coordination, and communication skills.
