We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Merchandiser to manage product planning, vendor coordination, order execution, and production follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and production teams.
- Manage order follow-ups from sampling to shipment.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production and order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and merchandising documentation.
- Follow up regularly with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of merchandising processes.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in the manufacturing/textile/bag industry will be an added advantage.
