Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising MEP installations, coordinating with civil and other project teams, monitoring quality and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP installation and execution activities.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing works with civil and architectural activities.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, specifications and technical documents.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site engineering teams.
- Monitor installation and testing of MEP systems and equipment.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, piping, electrical and other MEP services as applicable to the project.
- Monitor progress of MEP activities and report status to project management.




- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate their timely resolution.
- Coordinate MEP material requirements and monitor proper utilization at site.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout MEP execution.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports and relevant MEP documentation.
- Coordinate MEP work sequencing to avoid conflicts with civil and finishing activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in MEP construction and project execution.
- Experience in large-scale building, hospital or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping and other building services.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating MEP activities with civil and architectural works.
- Positive understanding of MEP installation, testing and commissioning.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and subcontractors at site.
- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements applicable to MEP works.
