Role Description The Medical Consultant will provide clinical expertise to support the design, evaluation, and refinement of healthcare-related technologies and solutions. In this full time remote role, the consultant will review medical content and protocols, advise on clinical safety and compliance, and collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure medically accurate implementations. Daily tasks may include interpreting clinical data, providing guidance on medical workflows, supporting risk assessments, and contributing to documentation, training materials, and best practices.
The Medical
Consultant will also liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate use cases, and help align innovations with real-world clinical needs.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine, with additional knowledge in Cardiology considered an advantage.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine or acute care settings, with the ability to assess clinical risk and prioritize patient safety.
- Demonstrated experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams in collaborative environments.
- Skills in Training, including the ability to develop and deliver clinical training, presentations, or educational materials.
- Medical degree (e.g., MBBS, MD, DO) from an accredited institution; relevant board certification or specialization is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting clinical data and guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to non-medical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with digital health, health informatics, or medical device/software development is a plus.
