Marketing Project Manager

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST | Monday - Friday

Employment: Full time | Onsite

Experience: 2-5 Years

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Project Manager to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project planning, timelines, priorities and deliverables
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development and Analytics teams
- Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project progress
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups and status updates
- Identify blockers, delays and risks proactively
- Manage client communication and project documentation
- Ensure quality,



scope and deadlines are maintained
- Manage multiple projects and improve workflows

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Content, Web and Analytics workflows
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar tools preferred
