ProLearn is an early-stage, fast-growing AI startup building AI tech products for students. We just raised $3M, and we're scaling rapid.

Who you'll work with A small, sharp team with people from top IITs/IIMs, and folks who've grown into department heads within 2–3 years. You'll learn from them every single day.

Let's be honest: this won't be an easy job.

Every day you'll be figuring things out, firefighting, and fixing what broke yesterday. Campaigns will burst. Some days will run 12–14 hours. You'll be building things from zero to one. If you want a calm, predictable role, this isn't it.

We're looking for someone who:

▻ Is hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads

▻ Has 6 months to 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

▻ Isn't afraid to fail, or to spend money to learn what works





▻ Is aggressive, curious, and cares more about learning than looking perfect

▻ Wants real ownership, not just a task list
