Role Description The Marketing Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi.

The Marketing

Officer will plan and execute marketing initiatives, including developing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting brand visibility efforts. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and preparing reports to guide strategic decisions. The role also involves managing social media channels, collaborating with the sales team to generate leads,



and creating clear communication materials such as presentations and marketing collateral.

The Marketing

Officer will regularly engage with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Marketing skills to design and analyze effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for internal coordination and client-facing interactions.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage online presence and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales and lead-generation skills to support business development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Ranchi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
