The company currently sources milk from four family farms in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, with additional farms in the pipeline, and serves founding families in Lucknow with single farm and family farm milk, small-batch Bilona cow ghee, and Parag dairy products.

Operations run through the PYAAS app and the PYAAS Digital Agent Network (P-DAN), where local milk vendors and shop owners serve their neighborhoods.

Role Description The Marketing Intern role at PYAAS is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The intern supports day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, helping manage digital and offline promotional efforts, and contributing to content and messaging for customer outreach.





Responsibilities include conducting basic market research on local customer segments, supporting engagement initiatives for the PYAAS app and P-DAN network, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand communication. The intern also helps track campaign performance, gathers customer feedback from on-ground interactions, and participates in events or neighborhood activities to increase brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, local partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for local and digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing, with an interest in consumer behavior and brand building.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using mobile apps and basic digital tools; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in food, agriculture, or sustainability, and willingness to learn about traceable supply chains.
