Company Description Quant Memo is a free learning platform for quantitative finance. It brings together over five thousand concept articles, four thousand interview questions with worked solutions, interactive tools and structured learning roadmaps in one place. The platform is used by students preparing for quant and trading roles, professionals moving into the field and practitioners keeping their fundamentals sharp.

It is independently built and growing, with most of its readers today arriving through organic search.

Role Description This is an unpaid, remote internship.

Quant

Memo grows mainly through word of mouth, and the Marketing and Outreach programme formalises this: each intern is responsible for one channel, such as a college campus, a social media audience, an online forum or community, or messaging groups, and for bringing learners from that channel to the platform. Day-to-day work includes planning and carrying out outreach on that channel through posts, messages, group shares and community participation; organising small activities such as a weekly puzzle challenge or a quiz session using the platform's content; reporting weekly on reach and results; and passing on feedback from learners.





The programme has two levels: Interns run outreach on their channel, and Team Leads coordinate a group of five to ten interns, review their plans and act as the point of contact with the founder.

Quant

Memo is free for everyone, so the role involves no selling. Interns receive an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation on successful completion, recognition on the interns leaderboard and on Quant Memo's channels, and priority consideration for paid roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

- An active presence on the channel you apply for: a college, a social media following, an online community or messaging groups.
- Transparent written communication and comfort reaching out to people you do not know.
- Reliable availability of a few hours each week for the duration of the internship.
- For Team Leads: prior experience organising a team, club, event or community.
