About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who is interested in marketing, social media, business, and technology.

You will get hands-on experience in digital marketing, content, social media, lead generation, AI tools, market research, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Research

- Support marketing campaigns and daily marketing activities.
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Suggest new marketing and growth ideas.
- Help plan and execute marketing activities.
- Track campaign results and suggest improvements.

Content & Social Media

- Find content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Help create social media posts and content calendars.
- Write captions, hooks, and basic marketing content.
- Work with design and video teams.
- Follow social media trends and identify useful ideas.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads activities.
- Assist with audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Help generate and manage leads.
- Support SEO and organic marketing activities.
- Track leads, traffic, and campaign performance.

WhatsApp, CRM & Email

- Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Help organise and manage lead databases.
- Assist with lead follow-ups and re-engagement.
- Work with CRM tools.
- Identify tasks that can be automated.

AI & Analytics

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools for research and marketing.
- Explore new AI tools that can improve productivity.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help prepare marketing reports.




- Analyse campaign results and identify improvements

Skills Required

- Interest in marketing, business, technology, and digital media.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and try new tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Ability to turn ideas into action.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Social media experience.
- Canva or basic design skills.
- Video editing experience.
- Exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Lead generation experience.
- CRM, WhatsApp, or email marketing experience.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics or AI tools.
- College projects, freelance work, personal content pages, or marketing internships.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical Marketing & Growth task.

The task will help us understand your thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills.
