Requirements:

1. Min. 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing. Any on-ground sales experience is a good to have and preferred
2. MBA (Full Time Candidates) Graduate
3. Max 10 years of overall experience (including pre-MBA)
4. Must read and speak Malayalam
5. Should have some digital marketing experience

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of the brand P&L; for the brand/categories in consideration
2.



Responsible for the 3-year strategy plan and annual operating plan for the brand/categories in consideration
3. Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends in the relevant categories of consideration.
4. Recent Product Development: Develop a pipeline of new product launches/innovations for the brand; responsible for clearing the stage gates for the new products from idea to launch
5. Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand
6. Effectively work with creative/advertising agencies to create campaigns for the brand
7. Effectively design media campaigns in line with the brand’s marketing objectives
8. Develop Activations/BTL activities in line with the annual brand plan
9. Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations
