About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive and execution-focused Marketing Intern / Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of content, social media, design and business outreach. You will be involved in developing content ideas, strengthening our presence across digital platforms, creating marketing collateral and supporting outreach and lead-generation initiatives.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends but is curious about why certain content works, what makes an audience engage, and how marketing can contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate, plan and create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content publishing, scheduling and engagement.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to improve social media reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Create social media creatives, presentations and basic marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools.
- Create and edit short-form videos,



reels and other video content.
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant content opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and other brand-building initiatives.
- Assist with prospect research, outreach and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate internally to gather information and convert it into effective marketing communication.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Working knowledge of Canva.
- Basic to intermediate video-editing skills.
- Good content writing and ideation abilities.
- Ability to research topics and translate information into clear, engaging content.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a team.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments.
- An interest in B2B marketing, digital marketing and lead generation will be an advantage.
