Role Description The Marketing Coordinator role at Alcalab Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur.

The Marketing

Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing activities, including planning and executing campaigns to promote calibration and electrical testing services, coordinating sales and marketing materials, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities include assisting with event planning and participation in industry events, preparing marketing content and basic copy, and supporting communication with existing and potential clients. The role also involves tracking campaign performance,



coordinating with internal technical teams to gather service information, managing small projects or initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance market presence and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to create clear marketing messages and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic customer relationship skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and coordination skills to organize and support participation in trade shows, client workshops, and promotional events.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to handle multiple marketing tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Basic understanding of industrial or technical services, especially calibration and electrical equipment testing, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software; exposure to digital marketing tools is beneficial).
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jamshedpur, demonstrate attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
