What You’ll Do

Brand Marketing: Shape and strengthen Crewtangle’s identity through strategic marketing initiatives.

Content & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

Website & Digital Presence: Update and optimize Crewtangle’s website, blogs, and online profiles.

Employer Branding: Position Crewtangle as a leading creative agency by showcasing our work, culture, and values.

Awards & PR: Identify award opportunities, craft submissions, and manage PR initiatives to enhance Crewtangle’s reputation.

Google My Business: Maintain and optimize Crewtangle’s GMB profile to boost visibility and engagement.

Email & Outreach: Manage newsletters, email marketing, and internal communications.

Creative Thinking:



Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.

Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies.

Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

✅ 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.

✅ Robust understanding of social media, content marketing, and branding.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.

✅ Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently

✅ Experience with Canva, Microsoft Powerpoint, social media tools, and basic marketing analytics is a plus

✅ Copywriting skills are an added advantage
