About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the marketing function for our fast-growing quick commerce company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hyperlocal marketing, customer acquisition, brand building, digital marketing, retention, and performance marketing. Experience working with a quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, or other high-frequency consumer business will be highly valued.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, building the brand, driving customer growth, and creating campaigns that translate directly into orders and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for the company.
- Build and strengthen the brand across digital, offline, and hyperlocal channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat orders.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop city-wise and locality-wise marketing strategies to drive demand in individual delivery zones.
- Work closely with the operations and business teams to support new city, zone, and store launches.
- Create innovative campaigns, offers, partnerships, and promotional strategies to increase order volume.
- Own marketing budgets and ensure productive ROAS, CAC, LTV,



and overall marketing ROI.
- Lead social media strategy, content, influencer marketing, PR, and community-building initiatives.
- Develop customer retention initiatives including referral programs, loyalty programs, push notifications, CRM, email, WhatsApp, and personalized offers.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, media partners, and other marketing vendors.
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team as the company scales.
- Establish marketing KPIs, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in a leadership or senior marketing role.
- Previous experience in quick commerce is highly preferred. Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, D2C, marketplaces, retail, or other consumer-tech businesses will also be considered.





- Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth marketing.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on data.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Understanding of hyperlocal and city-level marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset rather than purely theoretical marketing experience.

Highly PreferredCandidates with experience at companies such as quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, grocery delivery, last-mile delivery, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer startups will be strongly preferred.

Experience launching a new market, city, delivery zone, or consumer app from the ground up will be a major advantage.
