Account Management/Client Servicing Intern

About the Role

Kinnect is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Management/Client Servicing Intern to join our Gurgaon team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the advertising and marketing industry, while working closely with clients, brands and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, eager to learn, organised and interested in understanding how advertising campaigns come to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Account Management/Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client requirements and communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Strategy, Media and other functions to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, campaign updates, reports and other client-facing documents.
- Track campaign deliverables, timelines and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to understand campaign requirements and execution.
- Conduct basic research on brands, competitors, industry trends and relevant consumer insights.




- Assist with campaign coordination and other ad-hoc requirements as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

- Students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Advertising, Account Management or Client Servicing.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in BMM, BMS, Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field are preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
