Roles & Responsibilities:

· Well exposed with Fabrication and Welding Technology, Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors

· Pre production meetings to understand scope of work for fixing the contract job allocation, location of work place based on criticality of Jobs.

· Ensure adherence to systems and procedures to meet Schedule and Quality Compliances.

· Responsible for Managing 6-7 Job Contractors & team size of 12-15

· Responsible for material identification to final dispatch all fabrication Activity done as per quality assurance plane

· Handled all Operational issues and strives for continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality management systems.

· Monitoring existing production process and adopting new ways and means that translates in getting higher productivity, better quality products at lower costs

· Setting Priorities for Product based on Billed Sales Plan

· Cross Functional Co Ordination

· Packing & loading of Finished goods as per customer requirements & ready for dispatch

· Maintaining good working environment, safe practices and good housekeeping.

· Ensuring payment of Contractors based on Progress

· Manage team in terms of Providing support, grooming, motivation, review/ appraisal of their performance, identify T&D; needs & recommend for the same

· Leading role in cultivation for culture of Safety.





· Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred

Designation : Manager /Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer-Manufacturing

Experience : 5-9 Yrs

Grade : M1/M2

Qualification : Diploma/Degree Mechanical/Production Engineer

· Regular production planning with all concern contractor & its close monitoring to achieve the targets

· Well Verse with Mfg process of Static Equipment

· Responsible for Managing 3-4 Job Contractors

· Follow up with all concern dept i.e. Q.C, Design, Radiography, Purchase, Maintenance, stores, Planning, Cutting yard to get the work done smoothly

· Inspection of all manufacturing stages & controlling the non-conformity

· Train & educate Skill Workers to improve their Performance & skills

· Study of drawing & Technical specifications i.e. ASME Codes, TEMA & other related topics.

· Preparing & Maintaining Documents related to ISO & “U” Stamp etc.

· Planning for X-ray & T.P.I to co-ordinate with Q.C

· Dispatch of job to be discussed with Assistant & Head of Production

· Organize for painting & Sandblasting

· Materials & storage of material organize with planning & purchase department.





· Micro planning of job as per availability of materials.

· Safe Lifting and Shifting of Jobs

· Manage team of 2 to 3 Engineers with 2 to 3 years of Experience.

· Candidate should be self driven, accountable towards allotted task, Proactive & Quality Conesus.

· Monitoring & Preventing unsafe condition & acts in shop floor area.

· Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Workplace, Health & Safety) will be preferred

Designation : Jr. Engineer /Engineer-Manufacturing

Experience : 3-4 Yrs

Grade : E1/E2

Qualification : Diploma/Degree Mechanical/Production Engineer

· Regular production planning with all concern contractor & its close monitoring to achieve the targets

· Follow up with all concern dept i.e. Q.C, Design, Radiography, Purchase, Maintenance, stores, Planning, Cutting yard to get the work done smoothly
