? HIRING – WAREHOUSE PICKERS & PACKERS

? Monthly Salary Details

• Basic salary: ₹16,300

• Travel allowance: ₹2,000

• Attendance bonus: ₹2,000

• Migration allowance: ₹6,000 extra for eligible outstation/non-local candidates

✅ Total: ₹20,300/month

✅ Eligible non-local candidates: ₹26,300/month

? Referral bonus: ₹3,000 extra, subject to eligibility.

? Job Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders.

• Pack, label and scan items accurately.

• Check product quality, quantity and expiry dates.

• Arrange stock and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow warehouse safety rules.

? Totals include the attendance bonus. Allowances are subject to eligibility; take-home salary depends on applicable deductions.
