Position: Business Development Executive – Demat Account Opening

About the RoleAlgoSquare is looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives. The primary responsibility will be to generate recent leads, acquire clients, and assist them in opening Demat & Trading Accounts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calling, references, networking and other sales activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain Demat & Trading Account services.
- Assist customers throughout the account opening and KYC process.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain regular communication and good relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/account-opening targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth account activation.
- Provide basic information about stock market and trading services as per company guidelines.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.
- Freshers can also apply; training will be provided.
- Experience in sales, banking, stock broking or financial services will be an added advantage.
