About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and manage digital marketing activities for VOX and its clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
- Develop content ideas and coordinate with design and content teams.
- Execute lead-generation campaigns and monitor lead quality and conversions.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, content, design, and web development teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key metrics including Leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Engagement, and SEO Rankings.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with an advertising or digital marketing agency is an advantage.
- Practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website management.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio or campaign experience will be preferred.
