Job Responsibilities:

Visit merchants and businesses in the assigned territory.

Onboard new merchants and help them activate PhonePe services.

Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Promote and explain PhonePe products, services, and business solutions.

Drive merchant engagement, transactions, lending, and other assigned business initiatives.

Maintain robust relationships with existing and new merchants.

Ensure proper KYC/documentation and timely completion of onboarding.

Regularly update market activities and submit daily work reports.

Work closely with the team to achieve business and productivity targets.

Eligibility:

2nd PUC / ITI / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per role.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Willingness to work in the field.
