We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying client requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through various channels including referrals, calls, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Present and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties based on customer needs.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Handle sales negotiations, address customer queries, and assist in closing transactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with CRM, Pre-Sales, Documentation, Finance, and other departments for smooth transaction processing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.




- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, payment plans, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle.
