Generate leads through field visits, references, local contacts, and other sources.

Verify candidate documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, and vehicle-related documents as applicable.

Assist candidates with the registration and onboarding process.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure candidates are successfully activated.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Follow up with candidates until their onboarding is completed.

Conduct local market visits to identify current recruitment opportunities.

Resolve basic candidate queries and provide support during the onboarding process.

Prepare regular recruitment and performance reports.
