. Inspection & Testing 1 2 Inspect incoming raw materials, electrical parts, and mechanical parts against engineering drawings and blueprints. Use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to check dimensions and electrical ratings. 3 Perform visual and functional checks on parts like compressors, controllers, heaters, and sheet metal. 2. Documentation & Reports 1 Maintain daily incoming inspection reports and log sheets. 2 Create Material Inspection Reports (MIR) for approved and rejected materials. 3 Track supplier quality performance data. 3. Rejection & Supplier Management 1 Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when materials fail to meet quality standards. 2 Separate rejected materials safely so they do not mix with positive stock. 3 Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding material rejections and replacements. 4. Process Improvement 1 Follow 5S and safety practices in the inspection area. 2 Suggest ways to improve the incoming inspection process to save time and reduce errors
