Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor accounts, employee salary records, payslips, and transaction entries.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, transaction management, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounting and financial records
- Handle vendor records, invoices, bills, and payment transactions.
- Maintain employee salary records and prepare payslips.
- Record and verify daily financial transactions in Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and transaction reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.




- Assist in maintaining records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial and accounting operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Accounts / Finance / Accounting Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in handling vendor records, pay slips, transactions, and financial documentation*.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
