Labour Helper / Mazdoor: Job Description (Adornis Home Decor)

Role: Provides physical support for handling, moving, and storing decor products and materials at the showroom and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload goods, furniture, and decor items from vehicles
- Manufacturing Products of our company with care and technique (training will be provided)
- Move products carefully within the showroom, godown, and delivery sites
- Help pack items securely using bubble wrap, cartons, and other packing material
- Assist the delivery team with deliveries and installations at customer locations
- Arrange stock neatly in the warehouse and showroom
- Keep the godown, loading area, and work areas clean
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or store in-charge

Requirements:

- Basic literacy preferred (can read labels and easy instructions)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Careful with fragile and breakable goods
- Honest, hardworking, and punctual
- Willing to travel for deliveries when required
- Prior experience in a warehouse, furniture, or decor business preferred but not essential
