- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence/business locations.
- Collect EMI/loan installments.
- Handle recovery and follow-up of overdue accounts.
- Maintain proper collection records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with branch/office officials as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with borrowers.
