Job Title: Digital Marketing & Web Development Executive

Salary: Rs. 25,000–35,000 per month, based on demonstrated skills

We are hiring an organised, proactive professional to manage digital marketing and website activities for The Resort Planners and Mind Choice Services. We need someone who can plan, execute and improve campaigns, take responsibility for deadlines, and work closely with our sales and media teams.

Responsibilities

- Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads within approved budgets.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Write effective advertising copy and coordinate creatives, reels and videos with our media team.
- Build and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages, including mobile layouts, enquiry forms and basic SEO.
- Track enquiries from ads and websites into WhatsApp and CRM, coordinating with sales on lead quality and conversions.
- Use AI tools for research, content creation and campaign improvements, reviewing outputs for accuracy and quality.




- Provide weekly reports covering campaign spend, qualified leads, cost per lead and booking or sales outcomes available from the sales team.
- Suggest improvements and complete agreed work without repeated reminders.

Required Skills

- Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- WordPress website development and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Canva, basic SEO and campaign tracking.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple brands.

Preferred Skills

- WhatsApp Business automation and CRM workflows.
- GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Basic HTML/CSS and experience connecting website forms to CRM.
- Hospitality marketing or agency experience.

Selection Process

Advanced custom software, AI chatbot development and accounting integrations are separate projects; relevant experience will be an advantage.
