Job Title: Sales Representative – THE 69 Condoms

Role Overview

We are looking for a field Sales Representative to grow THE 69 condoms business by appointing stockists, expanding retail coverage, and building robust relationships with trade partners in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint suitable stockists in designated areas to strengthen the company’s distribution network.
- Visit chemists, grocery stores, marts, and other relevant retail outlets to introduce THE 69 condoms and explain product features, pricing, margins, and company schemes.
- Generate orders, open new retail accounts, and encourage repeat purchases to achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Plan daily market visits and follow up regularly with existing and potential retailers.
- Coordinate with stockists to ensure adequate product availability and timely delivery of retailer orders.
- Follow up with stockists on payment status, outstanding dues,



and timely payments as per company terms.
- Ensure company schemes are communicated accurately and implemented correctly at stockist and retailer levels.
- Improve product visibility through displays and company-approved promotional materials.
- Monitor stock levels and slow-moving or near-expiry products, and coordinate appropriate action with the company and stockists.
- Resolve routine retailer and stockist concerns, escalating delivery, product quality, or payment issues when required.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market feedback, and share opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of visits, new outlets, orders, sales, payment follow-ups, and market feedback.
- Represent THE 69 professionally and build lasting relationships that support sales and territory growth.
