Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Executive to manage and monitor stock records using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have a keen eye for accuracy, and be capable of handling real-time data updates and stock coordination across departments.

- Excellence in managing stock in excel and google sheets.
- Make Pick and drop list for material in and out from the warehouse.
- Maintaining complete in and out of stock inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for stock movement and availability.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Drive, Gmail, Docs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (sharing, permissions, collaboration, data validation, formulas).
- Strong command over Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Filters, Logical functions, etc.).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp mind skills.
