We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our hostel management team. The candidate will be responsible for cooking delicious, home-style, and nutritious meals for hostel students/working professionals while adhering to food safety standards.
Key Duties:
- Prepare three meals daily according to a pre-set weekly menu.
- Manage high-volume/bulk meal preparation while maintaining food quality.
- Ensure kitchen utensils, appliances, and cooking areas are kept thoroughly clean.
- Monitor stock of groceries and inform management before supplies run out
