● Society Onboarding: Pitch to and onboard residential societies, securing permissions for internal promotions and service delivery.

● BTL Activations: Execute daily Below The Line (BTL) activations, canopy setups, and promotional campaigns within acquired societies.

● Sales & Registrations: Drive resident app registrations, sell recurring car/bike care packages, and generate consistent daily demand.

● Customer Retention: Maintain regular engagement with residents and conduct service follow-ups to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.

● Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries on the ground, ensuring high satisfaction and trust in the Hoora brand.
