Job SummaryBharat Super Shop (BSS) is looking for energetic and target-oriented Loan Officers to provide loan services to small retailers and business outlets.

The role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, sales, relationship management, and collection activities under the BSS model. This is an outbound/field-based position requiring strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Acquisition

- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers interested in loans.
- Generate leads and acquire current customers.
- Expand the customer base through field visits and direct sales.
- Explain loan products and eligibility requirements to prospective customers.

2. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Generate quality leads through market visits and customer referrals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

4. Collection & Portfolio Management

- Perform customer collection activities as assigned.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and improve collection efficiency.
- Help minimize customer delinquency and maintain portfolio quality.




- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collections.

5. Field Operations

- Conduct extensive field visits to retailers, shops, and business outlets.
- Work independently as well as effectively with the team.
- Complete daily activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Skills & QualificationsEducation: 10th / PUC / Matriculation Pass.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good sales and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ambition.
- Ability to work in a competitive, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local/vernacular language — reading, writing, and speaking.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
